Veins on penis

Whenever i get an erection, i have alot of thick veins clearly visible around my whole penis, including small ones.
Is there any way or any cream that could help get rid of these
My girlfriend thinks nothing of it, but i absolutely hate the way it looks

i know that having veins on your penis is normal its just they were never visible before so i don't see why they should be now, and its the amount of them that makes it look horrible one or two is acceptable but all of a sudden i have them all over...makes me not want to masterbate but its normal and healthy to do that and a gp will just say its normal like fordyce spots..so frustrating

hi, basically I have fordyce spots on my genitals, head, shaft and nuts..so i'm insecure about its appearance and about a month ago I masterbated for a prolonged period about an hr roughly, i got extra hard by holding around the base of my **** and alot of veins etc popped up that weren't visible before and they still havn't gone, before this I was vein free in terms of appearance and more seem to be becoming visible it looks terrible...any advice

It's completly normal.  My boyfriend has the same thing.  No need to be insecure about it.  It's a part of you.
