Vibration sensation in penis

For a couple of weeks, I have a vibrating sensation in the penis area.  I first thought my cell phone may have started it since I have had it attached to my belt, on the vibrate status.  I stopped doing this and still feel it.  It is either a vibration or a sensation of filling up with liquid.  No other symptoms are there.  No pain in urination, no pain in sex, have been married for many years with one partner, and no urge to go to the bathroom.  It happens randomly, and lasts for 3-6 seconds then goes away.  It is irritating but not painful.

Any thoughts on this issue would be helpful.

I thought I was going crazy. I'm a 43 male in great shape taking no Vitamins, or Meds. I work out about 4 or 5 times a week. I eat healthy, no fast food and maybe one drink a month. I started feeling this about four days ago and it buzzes for about 2 seconds and stops for 2 seconds. This goes on all day and all night, sitting or standing. I have no pain just this buzzing feeling. After reading this thread from top to bottom, I think I need to ride it out and don't panic. Is that what most of you think?

WOW
I feel much better after reading this group.  While at work the buzzing started....kind of freaked me out.  As soon as I got a break I found this forum.

I think I will start off with the ring cushion....

Thanks for your comments concerning the vitamins.  I was getting the vibration/buzzing sensation and after I stopped taking Centrum Performance, the problem was gone within a day or two.

I have been searching the net for information about this condition, and will be watching this post now until someone finds some concrete answers. Hopefully I can find some myself. I am 43/44 and live in upstate PA.
The conditions described by concernedperson3 and stillcurious are EXACTLY the same thing I am experiencing.

HOWEVER, I did notice the buzzing/vibrating feeling intermittetly in my left thigh and knee area several weeks before it tageted you know who, and I estimate that it was affecting that area for about 2 months before it moved. I haven't noticed it in the leg since the shift. I would think it's a pinched nerve somewhere, but I also was diagnosed with arthritis a little over a year ago.
