What are some energy boosting foods/vitamins?

I've started working out (I have an online journal that will be up in a day or too on my site - link is the sig. I'll have all my background info on there).

I am drained.

What are some good things I can eat to perk me up?

I'm not going to start drinking coffee. I'd much rather eat some fruit. Can fruit boost you?

I'm also willing to take some vitamins. Which ones are good for energy?

Thanks.

Bananas do the trick for me if I need a boost right after a workout. A few hours later I am usually craving  all kinds of fruit and cereals. I also take a multi-vitamin on a daily basis and Lipoec Acid. I am not sure if the latter has just a placebo effect but it is does boost my energy!

Good thing about not wanting to drink coffee-caffiene may give you a temporary boost, but the other effects are bad bad bad!!

Best thing you take balanced diet with vitamin B-12 which boosts  energy and mental strength. Visit  b12patch.com  for more detail. The Vitamin B-12 Patch is a revolutionary product  developed to supply the body with vitamin B12 needed for.

To begin with, check out www.advocare.com, they should have everything you need. I take some of these products and they are awesome. One is, Spark, for energy with vitamins and has good taste/flavors. I started taking it in the morning and it replaced my coffee and I don't drag butt in the afternoons like I used to. These products are very natural and healthy. They have products for weight loss, for working out, muscle gain, etc.

I hope this helps, good luck to you!
