Weird squishy lump in pubic hair region.

I recently became aware of this strange lump above and to the left of my penis. It doesn't hurt, is quite squishy, and I can actually push it in but it only stays for a second or so before inflating back out. I get the faintest urge to pee when I hold it down, but never any pain, discomfort or discoloration. I first noticed it about a week ago but it had seemed to have gone away. I'm wondering if a doctor's visit isn't in order.
Thanks.

Unilateral inguinal hernia, for anyone with similar symptoms. Guess I got lucky mine happens to be painless at the moment.
