What are these brown spots on my penis? Could it be cancer? I'm 25
So for over 2 years I have had these brown spots on my penis, they look like freckles and don't hurt or itch. I'm thinking it could be from excessive masterbation. There is about 5 or 6 of them, smaller then a pencil eraser and light brown in color. Could it be some type of cancer?
Not, not likely cancer. This is probably penile melanosis. That is basically excessive pigmentation after immflamation. Penile cancer is very rare. These have remained stable and the same over two years. Cancer fear is more when things change such as shape, size, etc. Do you get an physical every year? Due for one? That is a great time to ask about this.
