What could this be?

I've recently had unprotected sex on 2/11/17. Oral sex included. everything was fine until I went to work 3 days afterwards. I've notice a light burning sensation as I was urinating and a small little bump on the shaft of my penis. the bump was painless until I started to pick at it, which made it an open scab. as Wednesday Thursday and Friday passed, the burning sensation during urination got a little worse. I then found the same bump under the head of my penis. Also, I have a soar throat that's been present since Wednesday(4 days after Cunnilingus.) I'm going to a walk in clinic on Monday, but i'm anxious to know whats going on with me.
