White Spots - Help!

Hi
I have a problem im concerned about. I have small white spots growing on my scrotum (they look like your usual white heads you get on your face) They range in size from about 2mm in diameter to 0.5mm. They tend to itch a lot especially at night in bed. I suffer from mild eczema in other parts of my body (behind knees, back of legs).
You cant pop these "spots" either, but they dont hurt. Initially i didnt think much of them and thought if i stopped scratching them the spots would go. Ive been using cream which stops itching and there arent as many as there used to be...but their not enitrely going. Ive had these symptoms for a few months now :(

Thanks.

Yes, it's true. They aren't anything bad, hair will start to grow out of them soon enough, so you wont notice them (since they don't go away)

Firstly, How old are you? But regardless, they would be hair follicles developing. I'm guessing your around 14-17?
