iI am a male of 28yrs. The story starts when i am 13yrs old . i used to see pornographic magazine. i liked it very much and wanted more hardcore magazine to satisfy myself with masturbate. After that i met with a friend (a guy)with whom i get very close and get masturbation with each other. it lasted for long 7years. Now i am alone and i am looking at the pornography through internet and more hardcore thing and it has egravetted my pain. I cannot get out of this addiction i have tried but fail. b

Correction; Stretch your foreskin of your penis and pour water over the stretched part.for 15 minutes a day.Water should be of normal temperature.
