Why some white colored particles are formed under penis foreskin?
I am 20 years old. No sexual intercourse till now. White colored formation under my penis foreskin. It has a slight odor also. The substance is like dusty paste (if we dip a chalk in water for sometime, some dusty paste comes out know). Itchy foreskin. If I remove all those particles (by gradually pushing them till they come out), after some months again they get formed. What is the reason and solution?
