Wrist pain/swollen muscle near wrist

I have a slightly swollen muscle right above my right wrist, when i streatch my arm out to the side, or behind me i get a burning sensation in the area. i have full motion in my wrist, and the swollen area is not painful to the touch,  I am able to massage the swollen area with out bother, but when the area is stretched it is quite painful, but the pain goes away when its not stretched. I am also able to extend my arm out all the way in front of my body, just now to the side, or anything behind me.

Hi,
Appears to be a case of entrapment of the nerve due to the swelling. The nerve gets stretched as one moves the hand outwards. Hope, treating the swelling would resolve the issue.
