Yellow spot on penis

I was taking trimethroprim for 7 days. (Last dose yesterday)
And noticed a slight yellow tinge about the size of a nail on my penis head. Is this a side effect of the antibiotics?

The infection, the medication, anything that changes the chemistry in you will affect all glands.  This would include the sebaceous glands.   Observe closer and see if the spot is slightly raised or if it is just the coloring.  If raised, Fordyce spots are very common male yellow spots.  They are not harmful, nor do they transfer.  However, there is cream that will remove them over time, which you would need to get prescribed by your doctor.
If it is not raised it is just the coloring of the glans that has changed.  The coloring will change over time as your system has changes.  Some you may think are good, others not to your liking.
