cause?
I contracted CMV from a risky sexual encounter 4 years ago. Ever since then have been suffering healthwise. MY health has changed and feel completely different. Bilirubin gone up, red blood cells gone down uric acid gone up and recently the most troubling this my white blood cell count has gone down and has steadily decreased over the 4 years to below a normal level now. Have tested negative for HIV 2 years after the incident and negative for all other stds except cmv,. Has cmv caused allergies in my body or disturbed my spleen or is there latent hiv ? Please help. My family very worried. thanks
