circumcision setting.

Wondering if anyone has had an adult circumcision.  If so, where was it done? I.e. is it done in a hospital or doctors office? were you put under, or did they use a local anesthetic?  I will most likely need one for medical issues, but am quite apprehensive about the whole thing.  I live in a small community, so i know many of the nurses.....as well, I have a smaller than average penis....so it makes it twice as embarassing....just want to know hwo many ppl will be 'watching'.

Also, how long were you in hospital for?

My dad had one at 55 and his was for medical reasons also. It is really no different then any other surgery except for where it is. Everyone goes through pain with any surgery so you will be given pain killers for awhile. The no sex is the worst part.

Got circ'd at 47 for med reasons, also.  It was done in a hospital, here in Montreal.  A hospital---but a private small room.  My penis is only 2" and it was a lady uro and her assistant lady nurse.  They've seen it all!  So there's no shyness.  You're awake (I was anyway) but they put a blocker a foot from your face.  The only pain is when the doc sticks a needle in Mr. Johnson to freeze him.   The whole thing took an hour.  I was yakking away to the two of them the whole time.  The only drawback is when the freezing comes out.  Not excrutiating pain but quite uncomfortable.
Worth it all for the look (not only my opinion).  When my gf saw the "new look" she had a huge grin and almost hopped me right away!  Another drawback is no sex for 3-5 weeks.
