closed foreskin

This was my first question:
I am 21 years old and I would like to know why my foreskin does not open.Is it a problem because other guys have foreskins that open?

My second:
Is it okay to have sex with this condition or it will cause problems?

My advice would be to get circumcised. That will end the problem for good. You may find sexual intercourse painful since your foreskin won't retract. What do you feel when you masturbate? Do you have any trouble urinating? If you are in the USA, most guys are circumcised. Women here expect it and like it.
