My penis is so dry and cracks around shaft and sulcus area

My penis became so dry for few weeks. Then penis head have a small red spot from pilled off. And penis Sulcus area is so dry and have some cracks and really red. I haven't had sex over a year so I know it is nothing to do with STD. I do masterbate every day or so. Can someone tell me what is causing it and how to heal that dryness and cracks? thanks

Sounds like dermatitis to me, JohnJohn.  Wash your goods with a very gentle soap and use a very, very small amount of non-greasy moisturizer after you shower- only the smallest amount. Make sure you're not using too much laundry detergent and leaving soap residue in your underwear. Try to avoid a scented moisturizer, or anything with harsh chemicals. No masturbation for 3 days, and when you do, make it sort of fast, make sure the semen doesn't stay in contact with your penis for more than a minute or two- wash up again, in other words- everything should clear up in a few days. After I turned 30, this happened to me every winter, regardless of sexual activity- some of us just have sensitive skin.  Do not go to bed with a lot of moisturizer on your meat- your body doesn't need it, and you'd more likely just end up with no particular benefit to your dry skin, and maybe a pair or ruined underwear to boot.
