Rash or bumps on penis head?

I'm an uncircumcised male. For the last two days, the head of my penis has had these really tiny bumps on it and had been pretty itchy. When I pull the foreskin back, the itch seems to go away, although the bumps are still there and it's still red. Any help on what to do about this?
Also, my wife and I had sex more than normal the past couple of days. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it or not.
