im probably being a hypocondriact

ok im probably just being over anal but ill tell you what i have goin on. I am worried that i may be sick. I have been with the same women for 8 months and before her i havent slept with anyone else in 2 months before that. so thats 10 months with no symptoms or anything. and shes not cheating on me (pretty darn sure) i have a small red spot that hurts if i put germ-x on it(wanted to see if it was open. it didnt look like it was but it hurt when i put it on) and on the other side i see a small glossy cut that looks like it very close to being healed. I also have a canker soar in my mouth that i had checked by a doctor (first time in a year that i have had a canker soar) she said it was huge and gave me some antibodics. i didnt see the things on my testies or would have had her check those.

so should i be worried?

ill just do a quick recap
1. 1 sexual partner 8 months staight
2. 1 night stand 10 months ago
3. none open red spot on penis
4. glossy healed cut on testies
5. canker soar in mouth very big had for 2 weeks

also i should mention over the last 7 months i have had constent kidney stones which i dont think have anything to do with any std but i would like to mention that they did 3 blood test on me and never said anything about any infections. they did state that 2 out of those 3 times i did have a high count of white blood cells.
