little white bumps

I have an uncircumcised penis and at the base of the head of my penis, the ridge has little white bumps. they are not fluid filled and aren't uncomfortable. what are they? where did they come from? and how do I get rid of them

Most of the time those are "pearly penile papules." The papules are benign and aren't sexually transmitted. Their cause is not known, and are seen more frequently in uncircumsised males. They can be removed by laser or other methods, and they may become less noticeable as you age.
