Been married for 4 years and I am facing the same problem. Is there a solution. We want to have baby and I am being humiliated by my wife everyday for not being able to drop the sperm into her that can make her pregnant. Can someone please help me?

I realized for the past 17 years, my hand has been my enemy. Masturbation may be normal but maybe the way I've been rubbing myself, my sensitivity in penis just kept declining. For years, I could never feel anything thru a condom.

I am circumcised. I masturbated an average of twice a day since I was 16, I am 33 now. Now I can refrain from masturbating for 4 -5 days but then I get mood swings. Also, I stimulate myself mainly on the neck of the penis and not the glans. Thanks a lot for suggesting this, I really need to make my life better.

Your penis head is lacking sensitivity because if your penis head had all its sensitivity you would love the feel of her vagina and could not hold back your ejaculation.
I suspect thru all the vigorous masturbation you've been doing, it's been desensitizing your penis head, giving it a numb feeling.
If you want to increase the sensitivity, you need to refrain from masturbation for a couple of weeks.
Also, if you are circumcised, wear warm briefs to increase warm temperature around your penis. Your penis being exposed to the air is also drying out the penis. This will also help increase sensitivity.
Right now, your penis head is too used to the stimulation of your hand and we need to refrain from that feeling for a little while.

Actually everything is normal except that I cannot ejaculate inside her. I can masturbate and ejaculate normally but do not get enough stimulus on intercourse.
