i am suffering with the problem of having nightfall often (on an avg twice a week). i'm also adicted to mastrubation also...i want to get rid of it but couldn't....plz suggest me the way out.

oh we call that wet dreams here ! how old are you ? it is very common during puberty to have this ,and dont be ashamed to masterbate it a natrual part of growing up !
