Tickle sensation arms and legs

SB9
Hi,  I am a 35 year old male, a few months ago I started to get a tingle/ tickle in both arms and legs all day everyday.  I used to experience this feeling sometimes in my legs at night before going to sleep but that was all, now I have this in all 4 limbs and it is very uncomfortable and frustrating.  I have had an ECG and a brain scan for separate reasons and these are all normal apart from slight high blood pressure.  What I have read is that this could be restless leg syndrome or a trapped nerve, so any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks again for the comments, I have consulted a neurologist and they have suggested neuropathy?  They are saying that because I stopped smoking abruptly that may have brought it on!  Because I was feeling the way I am I started smoking again but still the same symptoms.

I had similar symptom. It is called parenthesis. It.It may be  due to B12 deficiency, Iron deficiency or as a side effect of some drugs.Google parenthesis to know and match your symptoms with parenthesis. I am suffering from this problem since 9 years. No cause is found. General statement from doctor would be ' this may be due to trapped nerve'.***** B12 level. If they are low, take injection of B12 in parental form.Oral will not have any effect. IN short, pursue related specialists. If you are lucky, you may find the diagnosis. Sorry for giving you bad news.I have a feeling of tightness in my feet. Now I am used to it, though I do try holistic therapy. This is also called pins and needle-or other name is glove and socks syndrome.Sorry for not giving you proper narration of your problem.

Hi,
Blood pressure and diabetes can produce many systemic symptoms and are to be controlled with medication. Even slight blood pressure reported may be fluctuating and has to be monitored on a 24 hour basis, especially in the presence of other symptoms. Therefore, it is advised to consult a physician for a general check up.
