Help - Masturbation

Hi I'm 21 years old and have been masturbating on average once a day since like the age of 13. I am really scared because I think I may have ED. My penis has gotten smaller, desensitized a bit, and when I masturbate I recently feel like I the power is soo weak. I am open to any suggestions, but I really don't want to take pills. What should I do? Is stuff like this permanent? If I stop will it get completely better? Thanks in advance- i'm freaking out.

Thanks for the reply solace21. The problem is that when I masturbate there is no absolutely no feeling, control, or any strength in the actual penis (but maybe a little deep within my body, if that makes any sense). Could this be sexual exhaustion? If so what should I do? What specifically is good to eat? If I reduce frequency and eat properly how long will it take to get back to normal?

Hi,
Apparently, you do not seem to be having any problem, you are a typical case of your age group, including the worries you have. As you grow up, it is natural to feel less sensitivity compared to the teen age years and, over the years, that feeling will go away and you will learn to get better emotional control. If you feel your health is affected, reduce the frequency and take good food and do regular exercise. That should make you feel healthy and happy.
