peter

I am a 61 year old male with a constant winded feeling just to the right of my belly button.   The pain goes through to my back.   Have had this for several months now.    Also I do have a right sided inguinal hernia

Hi,
    The inguinal hernia can cause all these problems. It can also affect blood flow to the testicle on the same side and cause testicular and general groin and lower abdominal pain. As it could pull some nerves in the groin area, the pain can also radiate to the back.
