gday i can pull my foreskin over my head easily, when flacid but because foreskin is tight it makes my penis look bulgy and abnormal, also wen i get an erection i can only just pull my skin over the head on the penis, but the foreskin ring does not retract at all when erect..... i also have a   Frenulum breve (webed skin attached to head of penis), WAT do i do??

wow the tying looks real effective i think thats wat i mite try do, my doctor said my penis is fine but he never saw it erect..... i think the banjo string stops my skin from going any further down than just below the head of the penis, and then it just makes the skin flick back over the head again.. plsu the tight skin doesnt help

the foreskin restoration devices are designed to create a whole new foreskin by growing new skin so they will lengthen the frenulum but it will take awhile and you will have to wear one of the devices for maybe a year.if you do not want to wait that long any doctor can do the tying procedure i gave you the information about before.

hmm ok i think i wanna try stretch every thing the foreskin and frenulum, so wat is the alternatives to surgery like wat is the device u told me about above for strethcing the frenulum?

yes it can be but you will lose some sensitivity.sorry about the typos before.i would do the tying procedure.here is a link to it.

you can stretch the skin using your fingers,a glansie and the topical steroids betamethasone dipropionate or clobetasol which will actually grow new skin to make your foreskin wider and if that doesn't work you can have a small operration called lateral preputioplasty or a z-plasty to make it wider.as for you frenulum you could make it longer by using one of the foreskin restoration devices or another small surgery calle a frenulum tying technique which will make your frenulum longer.
