what is this slight bumpy red thing 0_o

basically
on the tip of the bellend
where the hole where urine comes out
on the left hand side of the tube there seems to be a minor red lump, nothing big but im just worried if its anything?
its slightly more sensitve to touch then the normal
is it anything to worry about??

it could be genital herpes.  Get tested ASAP.
