raidating ache from testicle

i have had a pain in mainly in the left testicle for the last month(sometimes moving also to into the right). The pain is very similar to that of "blue balls". I am unable to notice any differnece between the 2 testicles aprt from the left is often tender to touch. Recently a pain into my left leg, and left bum cheek can be felt, but this tends to be an on off disomfort. Do you think this could be related to the testicle ache?

i have been to see the doctor, but he has just referred me hospital to get ultrasound next tuesday. Any ideas in advance would be appreciated.

Also am i correct in thinking that the pain is "good" as testicular cancer is often painless?

A main signs of testicular cancer are enlarged testical or pulling/ache in the groin.

I seriously doubt you have testicular cancer and shouldn't be too woried, but still get it checked by a doctor.
