red quarter sized blister like area that's painless and flakes won't go away.

About a year ago I had a red dot come up on my **** after using a type of lotion for masturbation that burned my ****. The spot was extremely painful and cracked and dried up and itched like crazy and bled sometimes... I started jacking off with a Dif type of lotion and used an anti itch cream and it eventually went away. Then it recently randomly came back a Couple months ago. This time it doesn't itch or hurt but flakes. It won't go away no matter what I use. I need help. I'm tired of it holding me back. I'm seriously so done and don't want to go to a dermatologist Bc I don't want to tell my parents why I need to go lmao... please help!!!!!!
