Dear doctors my boyfriends semen has a real bad odor and im worried
Also semen can smell like bleachy or a cleaner....changing his diet could help too.
There is nothing to be worried about dear! I have encountered several patients with this problem It is basically poor hygenic maintainence of the penis! Tell him not to wear the same underwear, clean the penis with non-biological soaps ie. Dove.
