My husband also was experiencing the same tiredness. He would fall asleep driving home from work or sitting at a stop light. After a sleep test for sleep apnea(which he did not have), they discovered that he has restless leg sydrome. During the night he has involuntary jerks that interrupt his REM sleep. It can even be just a toe that jerks, but is enough to cause sleepiness during the day. I was not aware of the movements.
Have you ever had a sleep test? It was a real eye opener for us. You might check with your Dr. Good luck.
Hi,If all of the above does not work,go to the doctor and get your thyroid level checked. Many women have this and so do more men that you might think.Good luck.
First things first.I'm husband of gritsgirl.
I was the same way as you.By lunchtime I was tired and just wanted to take a nap.My first remedy was too many cups of coffee all through the morning. It didn't help.
A friend of mine introduced me to an all natural fruit drink called Monavie. He told me all about the benefits of it as far as how it had helped others with all kinds of medical problems. What got my interest was that it helps you sleep better and it gives you an energy burst that keeps me going all day now.I've read a lot about this product,as far as what was in it because I try to stay away from sugar and carbs. It has nothing but natural fruit in it.Give it a try.Contact the guy at http://www.mymonavie.com/knight06
As you have well said it. The COMPUTER. You need to stretch every 30 minutes, move your eyes away from the screen as much as you can, stand up and walk a bit, try to find a spot where there is sun and move your office or desk there, if you can. Plus you need 8 hours a day of sleep and not six, it is just not enough.
Nothing to worry about, i have been there and these changes really helped.
