MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to frozen shoulder in which the joint capsule of the shoulder joint has ligaments that hold the shoulder bones to each other. When the capsule becomes inflamed, the shoulder bones are unable to move freely in the joint.

Sometimes an MRI exam may show inflammation, but there are no specific signs to diagnose frozen shoulder. Apply warm compresses and take some anti inflammatory pain killers like Ibuprofen/ Diclofenac. If the symptoms persist then get it evaluated from an orthopedician.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
