Wierd Feeling I DONT KNOW!!

Anyways I need someone to help me out on this one. Here for the past month or so, I dont think its happened any longer, But every once in a while, Ill get this feeling on my back. Its located a little to the right of my left shoulder blade on my back,  kinda where you would think your hearts located... And what happens, Is it will start tingling. then it will stop, but then hours later it will happen again. Its straight tingling feeling, and im really concerned?... Does a doctor in here know what this is a symptom of>? dont really have money to go to the doc for this one :(...

I have been having that same thing. I have mentioned to my doctor and she never seemed to concerned about it. I describe mine is it is a tingling and a rubber band stretching. Just kind of bugs you.
