spots on glans

hello. From the last 2 weeks I am having small res pappules on my glans penis.
I know it is not really serious because I am not sexually active and these pappules come and go and keep changing their places on the glans.
They are painless and sometimes heal with a blister formation.
I am not quite sure but i think all it began after i used a soap that was quite irritant on my glans. That time it began as a red rash but now the rash has gone away and recurrent pappules have started appearing.
I thought of applying an antifungal and steroid preperation though it can't be fungus as i used to clean my glans daily.
Some body please suggest some appropriate cream for this 'irritation balanitis' as i think.
Thank u and pardon me for my 'not so good' english.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

These bumps can be due to folliculitis due to irritation of hair, cysts or herpes sores. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.

Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
