stopping testostrone replacement

I'm 46 years old, have one testicle (had testicular cancer when I was 24) and in June of 2011 had a Testostrone level of 250.  My doc gave me a prescription for AndroGel (4 pumps).  My energy levels have gone up and my strength (in the weight room) is showing good increases.  I feel better than I have felt in a long time.  Here's the problem:  For the last few days I have been experiencing a constant ache in my testicle.  In addition, it feels to me like my testicle has shrunk considerably.  It seems to me that my sex drive has actually decreased since starting AndroGel as well.  I'm in Iraq (have several bottles of gel left) but I'm thinking of not taking it any more.  Will the ache go away?  Will my testicle regain it's size and capability?  I'm more than willing to go back to the way I was before I started taking it if the pain will go away and the capability will come back.

Whenever a man has testicular pain you need to have a doc examine you especially sudden onset. steroids make the testes smaller BTW  see your doc make sure its not a hernia or testicular torsion or epidymitis/ orchidis
