testicular, stomach and leg pains

today i have suddenly felt sharp pains in my left testicle, and the left side of my body. the pain is too excruciating to even touch my  left testicle and is very painful when i walk or move suddenly. the pain is less when i sit or lie down but does'nt go away completely. i have had these pains once before. they suddenly came on at night and i went to bed and they were gone in the morning, however this time i cannot seem to get rid of the pain. does this sound like something serious? or something i can cure myself?

had inguinal hernia three half months ago.uring opp the doc said he cut out few glands suspicious.had them biopsied came back negative for cancer.just as i think im just bout healed and good to go.i am now experiencing pain in lower left midsection all around left side groin are.feels throbbing and feels as if ive been racked.the pain gradually getn worse n worse evryday.what may this be.
