Hi. The wrinkles are very normal. Because when u are erect your penis head becomes doubled, tripled or bigger :P. So when it is going back to its normal state it becomes wrinkly. SO do not worry about that problem. Fordyce spots are VERY natural. 80% of men have it. It is harmless and it used as a natural lubricant, so fordyce spots should be out of your mind also. As for Peyronies Disease...I do not know anything about this i am very sorry :( but if you feel you do have it, do talk to a doctor. Trust me it is embarrassing but you are only human and they will help you and comfort you. Good luck mate!

It sounds like talking to a doctor would help a lot, nobody is saying you need to talk to your parents but doctors are SO used to having to deal with personal issues that he will probably be so matter-of-fact that he will keep you from being embarrassed too.   If you were tested for the spots and disease that you think you have, and find you don't have it, think how good you'd feel.

ps -- Lacking confidence with girls is pretty much the norm at 16.  Just be nice.  They'll appreciate that.
