worried about an odd sack-like bump under foreskin...

Ok I'm not circumcised and while me and my girlfriend have sex, sometimes the skin goes back beneath the lump of the head. Its not painful but after we finish i notice that while the skin is behind the head, under the foreskin there is this small sack-like "thing" that connects to the head sorta. It doesnt hurt, burn, itch or anything....its just there. And sometimes after sex it swells slightly but still no pains. Im not sure if its something big but im concerned. Someone please help....
