A second opinion

I am sorry if I have posted this twice
I have  been having this sharp head pain for years and I don't know what it is.  Last one I had was Feb. 17 after 7pm and the pain was about a 9 on the pain scale if 10 is the worse pain ever.  The pain was in my right temple area of my head.  The next day I was very nausiated all day and felt like I was having little headaches.  I was told my my doc it was an irritated nerve but I have experianced a few more today that were not as bad.  first one was at 12:15 at a pain of 2, then at 12:20 pain of 1 and last one I have had tonight was a one also all on the right in the same area and this time is was more of a dull sharpness without any nausia.  I would really like some insight on this please if you can?

Hi,

It is important to know if you have positive history of migraines. If yes then there is a possibility is these sharp severe headaches are ice pick headaches.

There are other possibilities also like neuralgias, sinusitis and allergies which need to be looked into.
I would suggest you to seek a second opinion on this.

Thanks
