Can t keep right eye open easily

I had balloon compression just over a year ago for trigeminal neuralgia and soon after that, and ever since, I have had great trouble keeping my right eye open and constantly have to sleep since it feels so tiring and heavy. All around the eye socket it is very heavy and stiff. I have heard that some anathesia remains with the eye following the balloon compression op but I have no medical confirmation of that. But I am a writer and fnd i can do less and less work because of this heavy lid, squinting condition. Been getting worse in recent weeks GP no help
