Feels like Cramps behind my head and neck . head felt weird.

Recently got a Sharp pain on top of shoulder's by neck. And a headache felt weird like head was gonna explode... But felt like cramps behind my head neck and shoulders. I'm 35yrs old  kind of got blurry vision..so i put a cold cloth on head layed on stomach massaging my head in front of a fan.cramps Lasted about 1.5 hrs on and off. Since i felt weird i started to panic. Like i got scared heart started to race a little i thought stroke, harte attack, i got a scared feeling. Started to breath in threw nose out threw mouth etc. To calm myself down. But then happened again week later..total of 3 times.. Took hot hot shower. Whats causing this.
