Head Numbness

I dont have a headache but my head is numb. I noticed it a few days ago when putting up my hair, the left side of my head has gone numb. I have to press down really hard to feel anything and last night the numbness started moving towards the top of my head. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing the numbness? Is this something i should be talking to my dr about? Advice please :)

Hi,

How are you?
Numbness in the head can be due to bad posture while sleeping. Numbness can be caused by twisting of neck while lying flat on the back.
Other causes can be stress, sleep deprivation, anxiety and sinusitis. Please sleep in the correct posture in order to avoid twisting of neck.
Also make sure you get 8 hrs of sleep daily. Hope this helps!
