Help with my headaches

I have had headaches for the past 18 months on and off, however over the past six months i have had headaches everyday, i have been taking upto the maximum doesage of painkiller each day for the past four weeks now and nothing seems to be working. I have had an MRI scan which ruled out any tumor. I had a small car accident around 18 months ago and my shoulder is extremely sore everyday, i use ralgex, had physio but nothing seems to work on it. Do you think this could be the primary cause of my headache and what should i do next, i cant go on with these everyday its stopping me from doing everyday activity. Please help thanks xx

Hi,
Where do you get the headache...i mean which part of the head? Are there any associated symptoms like dizziness, nausea, light or sound sensitivity? I would also suggest you to get your blood pressure checked as soon as you can.Do not take too many painkillers as they can lead to rebound headache!
