Hi.
Any headache that occurs is not "normal" in the true sense of the word. Exactly what kind of headaches do you experience? Are they constricting, throbbing, stabbing, or dull? How long do they last? How long have they been going on? Do they wake you up from sleep or do they resolve with sleep? What part of the head do the headaches occur?
Stress can definitely cause somatic symptoms to present, with headaches one of the more common symptoms. Tension headache can indeed be associated with stress but other types of headache cannot be ruled out at the moment.
How old are you now? It is uncommon for brain aneurysms to occur in teenagers and young adults. Also, there is no certainty that your condition is secondary to a brain aneurysm. However, at this point in time, it would be premature to consider it. Unruptured brain aneurysms usually are asymptomatic. If it was indeed a ruptured brain aneurysm, your condition would have been very much worse than what it is now.
You should consult a doctor, probably even a neurologist, to have a proper evaluation of your condition.
Good luck.
It is not normal to have a headache every single day. It also does not mean it is life threatening either. You should not be afraid to see a Neurologist who very well may be able to rid you of your headaches. Even if your headaches are due to stress in your life, they are still painful and you need to see a doctor about them.
