What kind of headache do I have and how do I treat it?

Last night my head began to hurt and came on as just a headache. It wasn't bad so I didn't take any meds and continued to clean my house. A few hours later I went to lay down for bed and all of a sudden it hit me like a truck... my head was pounding. It was so bad that I had to get up and when Im up and moving around it does not seem to hurt but as soon as I lay down it begins to hurt. At first it seemed like most of the pain was behind the right eye and the right side of my face but now it seems to be spreading to the back right side of my head.
The pain is very intense when I lay down. It comes on very very fast pretty much as soon as I lay my head down its like BAM!!! If I continue to lay there it seems to only get worse and then I start feeling kind of dizzy and a little nauseated. I laid down around 1 am and its now 8:15 am so thats 7 hours of a throwbing migriane like headache. But it first began to hurt around 8 pm last night but was very minor, not a lot of pain, just a normal everyday headache that really wasnt bothering me enough to even take a tylenol. Im a 25 year old female, healthy, I am a smoker, Active. I have suffered from gradma seizures in the past but am not on medication now. I had my first and last seizure in October of 2011. My diagnosis was an allergic/bad reaction to the mild pain pill Ultram which I was perscribed for a Kidney Infection. This is just a little concerning since this has never happened to me before. I began writing this at about 6:05 am and its now 8:37. and typically Im a pretty fast when I type. If Im not standing up or sitting up like at the kitchen table my head starts pounding and throwbing I can even feel my pulse in my eye. I have taken 4 tylelnol since about 3:30 am and it has not seemed to really help at all. Its like Im having a backwards migriane. Normally I would want to be laying in a dark quite room with my eyes closed. But with this one I would rather be sitting up with lights on. But the pain is very very similar to a migriane but probally a little worse.

Can anyone help?
