is this serious

im a 24 year old woman with two children, one of which i only had 5 months ago.  But the last 6-7 weeks i have been having these strange niggling pains in the back of my head.  I don't  tend to wake up with them but can feel it coming on throughout the day and the can get quite uncomfortable by the night time.  I m trying not to take to many tablets as the doctor said that this could be a tension headache being made worse from taking the wrong tablets.  I often feel quite low and i have found myself worrying about being in big crowds in fear of having a dizzy spell (which is how these headaches began in the first place).  I have seen 4 doctors and they have all put it down to tension headache but im still not convinced as i have never had any sort of headaches ever.
Has anyone else had these symptoms, and does anyone think i should be worried?
