I'm a respiratory therapist and I'm wondering, do you have acid reflux.  We see a lot of respiratory problems because of that.  But it really does sound like maybe you have some type of respiratory infection.  Try taking mucinex- it's over the counter meds and works wonders for mucus problems

lot of mucusand cough, when ever i take bath that time head ach comes(last one year), then i take aspirn tablets it stops,

Is it just throat pain with mucus ?
Looks like infection in upper respiratory tract.

Regular  gargling with salt water , hot soup can help.
Some lozenges can help .
Is you have fever  you will have antibiotics.
