Thank you for all the info!!
Yes, it's more of double vision. I guess I really just have to deal with it. They've done all the blood tests too, and nothing comes up. (Which is a good thing too!)
Blurry,
Blurred vision is a common aura-symptom of "uncommon migraines." I've only experienced it a few times in many years.
However, it sounds like you are describing double-vision (eyes crossed), not just blurred vision. Next time it happens, close one eye and see if your vision is blurred (look at lights and see if they look blurry), if so then it could be aura-type blurred vision. If it only occurs when looking through both eyes, it's double-vision.
You didn't mention pain. If you're not experiencing a headache, it could still be silent migraines. However, I'd find the nearest headache specialist neurologist (not just any neurologist, and definitely not a primary care physician). I'd also schedule an appointment with an opthalmologist, and see if you can be referred to a neuro-opthalmologist.
The "triggers" you mentioned seem related to vasoconstriction and vasodilation. Hot water in the shower/bath, standing, and orgasm all cause changes in blood vessel dilation/constriction and this could mean many things. You should have your blood pressure checked when laying down and then standing (to check for POTS). However, many migraine-type headaches can be triggered by showers and orgasm.
