regarding head

my name is Mohammed Raffi i am 46 years old i have an unusual feeling inside my head for past 3 years it is increasing day by day it is like some type of movement, some time it is chill at one position, some time it poke.
recently i am having this type of movement or cramping one inch above my left ear.
some sort of uneasiness also. i have done CT brain and MRI both normal.
please help me with your suggestions

Try this get Bragg apple cider vinegar make sure its the Bragg brand put it in a pot with a Lil water boil it put a towel over your head n breath in the steam for like 10 mins. I am sort of unclear on what you are trying to say. I understand that your tests were normal so, what was the ultimate diagnosis? Did a doctor tell you that they are migraines?
