Hi,
Thanks for the update. Blood vessels are usually present in the eyes and other parts of the body. With the degree of pain you experience, I strongly recommend that you have this evaluated by an ophthalmologist for proper management. Direct clinical examination is important to obtain the diagnosis. Best regards
yes there is...i know it might be nothing but when i lift my eye lid up i see tons of blood vains on the top of my eye. I can't look around or blink without it hurting really bad...the pain is so bad i have to take sleep medicine to go to sleep
Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Increased pressure in the eyes or ocular hypertension may be caused by an imbalance in the production and drainage of fluid in the eye. This can develop into glaucoma, which can also lead to blindness. If it gives you headache, this can also be caused by primary headaches such as cluster headache. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor or be referred to an ophthalmologist or neurologist for proper evalaution. Take care and do keep us posted.
