Dull Headache and heaviness in head

i have been having intense headache from my school time which were first diagnosed as sinusitis then allergy and finally migraine. I have taken the medicines and they do tend to help a lot.
But lately, i have been having symptoms like heaviness in head and a dull headache which remains throughout the day. There is also a feeling of hotness in my face and neck,
I also tend to grind my teeth at night. Could anyone please point out what could this be and how can this be managed. My day to day activies is getting disturbed.

Hey - the hotness feeling can be a sign of autonomic activation, and the all-day dull ache combined with that could mean hemicrania continua.  Look it up and see if it fits.

If you have a neurology, or your primary doc would prescribe it, then taking indomethicin should be 100% effective at killing this type of headache.   In fact, response to indomethicin is one of the diagnostic criteria in the IDH.

The heavy-head feeling could be an aura-type or prodrome symptom, like lightheadedness and dizzyness, which could be connected to migraine-type headaches or seizures.
