Hi,
How are you? Spasms in the face may be attributed to nervous system disorder that warrants further evaluation by a neurologist. It could be associated with migraine headaches as well or due to blood vessels touching a facial nerve, a facial nerve injury or even a tumor. It is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Neurological examination and imaging studies as mentioned by selma will help determine the underlying cause. Take care and best regards.
Hi...have u had a MRI to see what this could be, or ne other testing?
A MRI of the brain and cervical spine would be a good place to start.
